    I have been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years with over a decade of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  I’ve been a nurse practitioner in women’s health for the past 8 years.

    I’m board certified as a nurse coach and recently opened my own private practice.

    What I do is really hold space to move women through life transitions. I think of myself as a thought partner.

    I love to support women transitioning into motherhood, women in the throes of perimenopause and menopause, and women who are struggling with motivation to take that next step in their path to wellness.

    I will walk with you while you uncover your own answers to your health and wellbeing, and encourage you to be your own best advocate, and support you along the way.

  • I’m an occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults regain function and quality of life after injury and illness. For decades I’ve worked with patient’s to navigate complex health challenges - so when I entered the menopause transition early and completely unprepared, I learned everything I could to help myself feel better. Then I decided to get certified in women’s health and menopause coaching so I could help other women navigate this stage of life.

    Today, I’m the founder of The Menopause OT, where I combine my clinical knowledge and lived experience to coach midlife women through the physical, emotional, and cognitive shifts of menopause. I’m passionate about helping women thrive - not just survive - through this life stage.

    My message is this: you don’t have to suffer through menopause, you just need the right mindset, tools, and support. I’m on a mission to demystify menopause, educate women, and empower them to feel strong, clear- headed, and fully alive in midlife and beyond.
